Terms & Conditions for Hideout Effective Date: July 1, 2024

Welcome to Hideout, operated by Sauna & Social Club LLC ("Hideout," "we," "our," or "us"), headquartered at 140 Heights Road, Darien, CT 06820. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our facilities, including sauna and cold plunge services, memberships, and our website (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our Services.

  • By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to these Terms.

2. Health & Safety Waiver

  • All participants must complete and sign a waiver before using any sauna or cold plunge facilities.

  • Use of the facilities involves physical risk. You agree to use the facilities at your own risk and disclose any health conditions that may impact your participation.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings and memberships are processed through Mariana Tek.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.

4. Memberships & Recurring Billing

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or otherwise, depending on the plan selected).

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file through Mariana Tek.

  • You may cancel your membership through your account portal or by contacting us [Insert Contact Instructions].

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Hideout is a respectful, inclusive, and health-focused community.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to anyone engaging in unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, text, media, and content on our site or in our facilities are the property of Sauna & Social Club LLC.

  • You may not use, copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • By using the Services, you waive any claim against Sauna & Social Club LLC and its affiliates for any injury, illness, or damages that may arise from your use of the Services.

  • Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

  • Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
