With CT's first Saunamaster, Sarah Spoto. Join us for this guided experience designed to be both relaxing and fun where we will host a Saunagus Sauna ritual, have intro to cold water therapy coaching, and our sauna partners as we set the scene for CT sauna culture and what's to come.
Saunagus is a Danish sauna ritual involving aroma-infused snowballs, löyly, and towel waving the hot air in a rhythmic pattern to heighten the senses and create calm. Expect 2-3 rounds of guided heat (~15min) and rounds of cold water therapy or rest in between with refreshing drinks, fruit slices, and meditative music for reflection and integration.
Complimentary massages & tea will be provided during rest rounds!
